We built Heritage Oaks around a simple belief — that extraordinary care begins with people who are genuinely called to give it. If that's you, we'd love to meet you.
Thirty-three residents across two homes — and most caregivers work in just one. That means you'll know your 16 or 17 residents by name, by history, by what makes them laugh. That depth of relationship is nearly impossible at scale.
Our mission is rooted in 1 John 4:19. We don't just post values on a wall — we build a team around them. If love motivates the way you work, you'll fit right in.
Our ratios are set so you can actually do your job well — not scramble between too many residents. That's how we protect our residents and our team.
We pay above the market rate — because the people who care for our residents deserve to be cared for themselves. No negotiating tricks, no hidden conditions.

We're family-owned and operated — you'll work directly alongside Reid and Ryan, not a corporate management layer. What that means in practice: you're heard, your ideas matter, and your name is known.
Our homes are designed to feel like exactly that — homes. Beautiful interiors, chef-prepared meals, manicured grounds. The environment you work in reflects the standard of care we hold ourselves to.
We hire carefully and selectively — because every person on this team has a direct impact on our residents' lives.
You'll provide hands-on personal care, medication assistance, and companionship to our residents in a warm, residential setting. You'll know each resident's story, their routines, and what makes their day a little better — and you'll have the time and support to actually deliver that.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to clock in and check boxes. It's for someone who sees caregiving as a calling and wants to do it at a place that matches that standard.
Don't see the right role? We sometimes hire outside of posted openings. Send us a message — the right people are always worth a conversation.
Arizona law requires all caregivers in licensed assisted living homes to hold the following active certifications. These must be current and valid before your first day.
A valid Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card is required for all direct care staff.
A current caregiver certification issued in the state of Arizona, meeting ADHS-approved training requirements.
A negative tuberculosis test result — must be current and documented at hire and renewed per Arizona guidelines.
A valid, current CPR certification from an ADHS-recognized provider. Must be renewed before it expires.
A current First Aid certification from an approved provider, required alongside CPR for all direct care roles.
Questions about where to obtain any of these? We're happy to point you in the right direction — just give us a call.

A two-round conversation — first with our team, then with leadership. We want to know who you are, not just what's on paper.
We'll confirm all five state certifications are current before your start date. Need help sorting something out? We'll work with you.
